We offer a FREE* nationwide delivery service. If you prefer a specific delivery day, you can make a request in the 'delivery instructions' section when placing your order and we will do our best to accomodate that desired delivery day. We usually deliver within 5 working days.

Nationwide delivery and crates

This is done by a tail lift pallet delivery vehicle using a pallet truck as is to the KERBSIDE only. It is at the discretion of the driver as to whether they wheel the pallet onto your property and if so, access must be a fairly level surface, (not gravel or grass) or the pallet will be left kerbside.

Online payments are processed securely using PayPal. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as direct PayPal payments.

We also accept payment via BACS transfer. Please get in touch with us prior to placing your order online.

Defective Goods and Returns Policy

You may contact us if you are ever dissatisfied with your order.  We will make our best efforts to resolve any problems with your order.

If you simply wish to return the products, you may do so within 7 days of you receiving the products (as per your statutory rights), and you will be granted a refund (not including delivery costs), provided the goods are returned in a saleable condition.

The customer will pay for the cost of collecting returned products. You must ensure adequate access for our haulier to collect the goods. Where appropriate access is not given, we will pass any additional haulage costs on to you.


We store the following information on customers:

  • Customer name
  • Email address
  • Billing Address
  • Delivery Address (if different from the billing address)

This information is used when making an order, and to ease the process of making future orders and to provide a historical record of a user's orders.

We will not pass on or sell your details to any third parties.
